Photo Essay

                                     The Beauty of Friendship

                                My essay is about friendship and how people interact with each other. I focus on portraits and candid. I was focusing on the lighting in the picture and there wasn't to much negative space. I made sure most of my pictures were in focus, balanced, had good lighting. Most friends were looking at the camera, even if they weren't looking at the camera, they were purely happy looking. 

In this photo you are easily able to tell Aja and Conner are good friends. Before this picture Aja and Conner were walking down the hallways talking and laughing together. When asked for a picture they stood close together and smiled. After they were done they continued to walk down the hallway just like before the picture was taken.

Mitchell and Kaneesha were wondering the halls while Mitchell was helping Kaneesha with her Mohawk language pronunciation. They quickly had  a pose for their picture. Kanessha suggested Mitchell put his leg up and you can tell from the picture Kanessha laughed quite hard. 

This interaction is between two lovers. Skylar put her arms around Ethan and kissed his jaw like a girlfriend would do in a movie whilst Ethan just smiled for the picture. You can tell that Skylar and Ethan are happy with each other. 

This was one of PJ's tech classes.  When I walked in everybody was happy, telling each other stories about thier day. Everybody was good friends and had no problems with each other.

Kane was talking to Savannah about something that had happened to him the week before. Savannah laughed while she listened to him. After Kane was done telling his story he told Savannah that she was a amazing friend and thanked her for listening to his story.

Alana and Alex had came with me to take pictures. I quickly took a picture of the two of them. They were giggling and making jokes the entire time we were out of class. They said they loved each other quite frequently throughout the day.

Vanessa hugged Alex when Alex started telling her about her having a rough day. Devon in the background was trying to cheer Alex up by making her laugh and telling her silly jokes. 

Kimmy and Alex had gotten into a fight the day before and they were forgiving each other for the things they had said. Kimmy was quick to pull Alex into a hug and say she was sorry. When the two of them forgave each other they told each other that they loved the other.
